The cats have settled in and are living the good life. We renamed them Zoe and Malcolm. We also recently took in my mother-in-law's cat Eli, so now we have two dogs, three cats and a preschooler. Life is full and everyone gets along rather well. Zoe is super playful and likes to "kill" toy mice and birds. Malcolm is very relaxed but likes crinkly balls and attacking Zoe. Sometimes it sounds like we're being invaded in the middle of the night, but it's just the cats knocking things off counters. 🤦

Dorito has totally become a member of our family! He’s very people friendly and has a lot of fun wrestling with his “brother from another mother” Lucky, who is a beagle/corgi mix.

Winston is now named Jordan and he is doing very well. We all love him very much and despite initial growing pains with his dog brother, they now get along very well. He is still very sweet and loving, also, he is very vocal and we have lovely conversations all the time. Thank you again for this wonderful addition to our family. 

Thank you for checking with us. Mike was renamed when we got home that day. His new name is Alvin Reece Kennon. He is growing and doing great. He plays with my 8 year old cat George who doesn’t necessarily like to be played with but he complies with Alvin sometimes. Alvin is an indoor cat and hasn’t ever been outside except on our screened in back porch. He enjoys going out there and watching the birds.  He plays with his toys and seems to like to watch the Animal planet on TV. The first night he came home he slept next to me because he was in a new environment and he has continued to sleep in the bed every night since then. Alvin is doing good and seems to be healthy as can be.
