Emerald is a gorgeous female and her unusual looking coat is soft silver striping with splashes of cream. Emerald had to have one of her front legs amputated in December 2015. She was adopted but darted out the door. When she arrived back at the county shelter, her leg was injured and the nerve had been severed. She has done phenomenal in her recovery and seems to get around quite well. She is currently living in a foster home with both cats and dogs (even a puppy), so other animals are no problem as long as they don't want to play rough.

Emerald loves to run and play with toys, but is still a little cautious playing with other cats. When she runs out of steam, she will purr in your arms or on your lap as you scratch her head and neck. She is about 8 months old (as of 1/15/2016). Complete your application for this special kitty today!

Adoption fee: $75
