Bright, fun loving and PLAYFUL, Venus is also a lover. Venus, my newly given name, means “Goddess of Love”, and is also the second planet from the sun that shines bright at night with a twinkle star glow. Being only 12 lbs and 11 months old 7/24, I’m a fully grown Boston Terrier girl who was turned in at the shelter by my past owner… It’s not sure what my past was like but I'm learning to get along with other dogs, share my space and be a buddy to other dogs. I'm still working on not protecting my food, but hopefully that will come too. Although I’m smart enough to be fully house and crate trained, I am still learning to tolerate others dogs. This, I will grasp soon. I do stick around by your side wanting to be with my person ALWAYS! Yes, after only 4 days I have fallen deeply in love with my foster mom to where I'll cry just seeing her at a distance. Second only to being with my person, my favorite thing to do is to spend time playing ball......for HOURS! Yes, I’ll even talk to you in a special way trying to get you to play toss! I’m considered a “Busy Bee” because of this love of being busy playing ball, or watching out for you, my person… Boston Terriers are fun loving athletic dogs that are true to their person and bond quickly. My past owner was not true to me, but I know it was meant to be, for me, to be free, to meet Thee!....
