Are you into Greek Mythology? Well, my 2-legged foster sisters are and that’s how I got my name, Gaea! I’m not sure how to pronounce it myself, but I’ll come running anyway you want to say it! Being only 10 lb and 7 oz and 2 ½ months old, I’m a beautiful German Shepherd/Sheltie mix pup that is just waiting to spread sunshine on your life. Gaea means “Mother Earth” and was the earliest Goddess of Greek Mythology. Gaea was known as the “Creator of Earth” and also known as the Supreme Goddess by both humans and other Gods alike. Whatever I’m named after, I’m one in a million as being known better as a “Cuddly-bug”! I’m so happy to be held “All the time” as I can be called a "Soft Soul" being very gentle and delicate when held loving your touch! I do like to play with other dogs, toys and chews but prefer the company of people…. Lap dog you say, well, I’m your girl! Smart as a shepherd I already understand the "crate training thing” crying if needing to go out.... and am working on the "house training thing" as I am getting it, almost... but at my age can't expect perfection yet... Wow, I must be a Goddess~! Considered a “Constant Companion” I will warm your feet on these long COLD winter nights and walk by your side. Shepherds are loyal and devoted companions and I’m no exception. My soft fuzzy coat is just calling you to snuggle me tight.
