And you thought most of the birds flew south for the winter… NOT! Hello, I’m Raven, named after the large black birds that fly effortlessly, swooping and swaying in the breeze. Not being a bird, I am a small 4 y/o Boston Terrier mix gal that weighs in at a stout 14# of muscle ready to dip and dive with the best of them. Like the bird Raven, I do have my own “acrobatic flight path” (moves) and love to show them off while “frolicking in the air” (wrestling) with my flock (foster brows). Ravens are normally black birds, but this Raven has a brindle-like coat being mostly black with flecks of brown as a distinctive feathering (Coat) for sure. Yes, I get along great with other “birds” (dogs) and even if a cat tried to pounce on me, I’d probably call it a game. If you didn’t know, Boston Terriers are a very intelligent and friendly breed with determination, strength and grace when in action. We rarely bark and enjoy spending time with our family. I’m that and much more as I do love to sit by you while we take in a movie, play ball with the kids, or go for a relaxing walk to get some fresh air. Already house and crate trained if you watch for my signs, I do need to learn not to pull on a leash, but hey, can’t blame a girl after being dropped at the shelter by my owner. It was such a noisy place, but now I’m in a great home and though shy at first, I do warm up and want to be your “Constant Companion”. Where ever you go, I’ll be there by your side. I can fly solo, but would rather fly with a flock. Raven is ready for your family… Inside companion only please.
