About Patterson

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: Black
  • Housetrained: Yes
Patterson is a hefty purr package, you will be wowed by his 20 pounds - guaranteed and by what a sweet, affectionate guy he is. Patterson is about 3 years old and was taken by Lexington animal control when there was a child welfare inspection at his home. We were surprised to learn he was an SCHS cat adopted when he was a kitten. He has grown quite a bit since then, now resembling a panther, but his electric green eyes and adorable personality is still the same! Patterson is wanting a kind and gentle home who will treat him right, love him oodles and give him a future where he will be cherished. He is good with children, gentle and does not rough play. Patt-patt is also good with other cats at his foster home too. He is a bit intimidated by dogs, but in time and with close supervision could be okay. Patterson is very smart and is clicker trainable and can beg for a treat quite well already! He loves to snuggle with you whether at bedtime or on the sofa during family or tv time. Patterson is confident and interactive in the home, adapts well to new places in a few days, and settles in nicely and bonding strong to his people. He is very devoted and a fun and sweet companion. Email your application and adopt 20 pounds of purrs and purrsonality today! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes.
