Tara is about 11 months old (as of 8/17/11) and came into our foster care with her one surviving baby, Kerry (see photo). Tara was a wonderful and patient momma, and even took in an orphan kitten and helped it to survive and thrive. Grace and beauty definitely characterize this gorgeous medium-longhaired silver tabby girl who has a magnificent magnificent Maine Coony plumed tail. She has a very kittenish soft coat and beautiful golden eyes. Tara is very playful and energetic, she is an active explorer in the home and enjoys playing with kitty toys and gets along great with other kitties. She loves people and will be a wonderful addition to any home or family wanting a beautiful, playful and sociable kitty to adopt. SCHS Foster Veterinary care and services Prior to being placed up for adoption, all cats at minimum receive a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative for FeLuk/FIV, HomeAgain microchipped, current on booster(s) and Rabies vaccination, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed. Prior to being placed for adoption, all kittens (under 5 months of age) receive at minimum a veterinary exam and are neutered/spayed, tested negative FeLuk, HomeAgain micro-chipped, current on booster shots, fecal tested and de-wormed, and flea treated with Frontline, and ear mite treated with Revolution if needed.
