About Garfield

  • Status: Adopted!
  • Species: Cat
  • General Color: Orange
  • Housetrained: Yes
Garfield is about 2 years old (as of 2/2012) and is a very easy going, super lovable boy. He is incredibly handsome with his red coloring, Maine Coon features and the most unique ice green eyes. Garfield is very low-key in the home, loving to be with people whether it is in your arms, curled up on your lap or by your side, or lazing within reach of you. He is a snuggler at bedtime and loves to be petted. Garfield has quite the purr motor that responds immediately to affection and attention. He will be a great addition to a family or home wanting a Maine Coony boy with a sweet and gentle temperament. Garfield was turned into the county shelter when his owners moved. He is great with other cats, and can adjust well to a calm and nice dog that is able to ignore him mostly. Garfield likes to play and is an explorer in the home. By far, his favorite past-time is being with you, giving love and being loved. He would love a home that will cherish his personality, and let him be an interactive member of the family. Email your application today for Garfield and let this boy sweep you off your feet with his sweetness and lovableness! IMPORTANT All adoptable pets are fostered in volunteers' homes.
