Bruno is a fabulous little pal. What he lacks in size, he makes up for in personality. He never meets a stranger and is a very inquisitive. You can usually tell what he’s interested in by watching his goofy ears which change with his mood. He loves to play and has several episodes of zoomies. On the flip side, he’s gotta recuperate somehow and loves a lap nap. He’s great with kids who can respect his size, cats, and dogs but would be best with pets that don’t mind a little rough housing as he still has lots of puppy energy. We’re working on house training and basic commands. He’s very receptive if taken out several times daily, but will need more work. He would do best with someone who’s home often or if left alone, be with a companion animal. If left solo or crated he will make his displeasure known, loudly. He just wants to be around his people always.  If you’re looking for a guy who will be follow you wherever you go, give you lots of kisses, cuddles, love, and laughs, Bruno is your guy!

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Dogs (5 months of age and older): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs, at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), bordetella and rabies vaccinations.

SCHS Veterinary Care and Services for Puppies (under 5 months of age): Prior to being placed for adoption, all dogs , at a minimum, receive a veterinary exam, are neutered/spayed , and treated for internal parasites, flea/tick preventative , current on booster(s), and rabies vaccinations. Puppies under 4 months of age will be placed into our foster to adopt program until the above services are met.
