Frankie and his brother Theo were owner-surrendered to animal control, and both were suffering from an upper respiratory infection back in 2021. They were nursed back to health and were both neutered and microchipped. They are a bonded pair and should not be separated. Theo is a gray and white tabby estimated to be 7 years old who suffers from stiffness in his back and rear legs which is believed to be arthritis. He also has some ongoing eye cloudiness and occasional mild eye irritation. Theo does not take pain medication regularly and is only medicated when he is in pain or uncomfortable. He is the opposite of his brother, preferring to sit in a corner and observe his surroundings. Due to the arthritis, Theo does not like to be touched and may hiss if he feels scared.
