Edgar is the definition of boy with just enough sweetness to make you fall in love with him.  Edgar loves to go, go, go and explore, when he's not on the move you are sure to find him attached to your body or cuddled up with a fellow kitty.  Edgar LOVES people and LOVES other cats so having a kitty friend that can match his energy and love to play and snuggle as much as he does is an absolute must.  Edgar was bottle fed from shorty after birth so he very much believes that people are his mom.  He loves to perch on your shoulder and rub against your face all the while making biscuits on you.  Be prepared that he will launch himself off all things into your arms out of no where when he's ready for cuddles.  Edgar struggled to thrive as a baby and due to his foster mom's hard work and the hard work of his vet team he pulled through, but at 5.5 months of age he's not even 3 pounds yet.  It's likely Edgar will always be small in size.  Edgar has chronic discharge from his eyes and his nose.  It's most prominent when he's been stressed.  He loves to rub his face on things trying to get attention and causes some of the irritation to his eyes.  This doesn't slow him down one bit.  His vets are hoping it's something he will out grow, but potential adopters need to be prepared he might have eyes that need frequent wiping.  He has not required any antibiotics to treat this and his flair ups often go away in a couple of days.  Edgar LOVES canned cat food and will often hold off on eating any dry food until he's absolutely starving so his forever home will have to be prepared to offer him canned food daily.  Edgar has been raised in a foster home with cats and dogs and gets along with both.  He even has experience navigating grumpy senior cats and dogs who do not like him.  His response to new animals is to puff up and make himself big and scary.  He isn't afraid of cats when he's swatted or dogs who growl at him so caution will need to be taken when introduced to others who might not be as fond of him because he does not have any fear.  Edgar is sure to be a great addition to any home that is willing to take on his goofiness, demands for canned food, and upkeep of his face.
