Hi there! My name is Gideon and my foster mom says I am the perfect cat! I am very friendly and sweet. I am a lap cat and love to be held. My foster mom carries me like a baby and kisses my face! Yes, I am perfect and very lucky to be alive. You see, I was relinquished to a rural Indiana shelter and caught a severe case of upper respiratory infection. I was hospitalized for 4 days and the vet didn’t give me much chance of making it. You will see many shaved patches in my long black fur because they were sticking me with those darn needles. But those terrible days are behind me and I am looking for my forever, loving home. I share a bedroom with my foster brother and get along with him just fine. Sometimes, he hisses at me and I don’t react at all. I don’t think I have ever been around a dog but would probably do fine with a slow introduction. Do you think we could be purrfect together? If so, put in your application for me.   Estimated DOB: 1-1-2021
