This little lady is sweet and spicy with a whole lotta sass.  Her forever home needs to be prepared for a little lady full of sassiness.  Dawnie came into our care at a little over a week of age, cold, wet, and completely infested in fleas.  Initially we weren’t sure if she would pull through.  She required around the clock intensive care including tube feeding just to keep her alive.  When she hit 5 weeks of age we thought we were in the clear, but as she started eating food on her own she developed aspiration pneumonia.  After multiple rounds of antibiotics and nebulizer treatments she pulled through this only to develop and eye infection.  Because of all of her illness Dawnie spent much of her time with just her foster home and no interaction with other cats.  She very much became spoiled and without another cat teaching her biting and swatting with claws hurt she developed a bad habit of liking to bite when she gets over stimulated.  Dawnie loves to sleep on her foster moms chest at night and nestle her head in her head.  She loves playing with the other foster kittens and the foster dogs, but is independent enough to do fine as a solo kitten.  Because of her tendency to be mouthy she needs a home with no young kids.  Her perfect home needs to be one who loves the spice she brings to life.
