Nacho Cheese was an outside cat who really wants to be an inside cat.   He was trapped by a TNR volunteer and fixed but friendly and wanting attention.  He is somewhat skittish especially in new situations but very loving.  He is learning to play with toys and loves a good chin scratch. He needs a quiet home without other cats or dogs or small children.
