Hi! I am Coffee, and I've been looking for my forever home for 8 months now. Just like coffee, I'm warm and full of energy. But don't worry, I won't tear up your house with all that energy, in fact my foster mom doesn't even leave me in a crate while she's gone anymore. I'd much rather put my energy to use playing in your yard, or playing with toys, or playing with other dogs I'm great with other dogs. After all that playing, I'd love to cuddle up with you in bed under the covers or in your lap. I will take some time to settle in and learn to trust you, but that doesn't mean I won't be your forever friend. When we first meet, I usually like men a little better than women, and I do sometimes bite if I'm scared, so younger kids wouldn't be good roommates for me. Older, considerate kids are fine, and younger kids visiting would be okay too! I think cats are toys, so I would prefer to live with other dogs only if I'm not your only friend. I can be a little shy at first, but give me some patience and love and I'll be affectionate. And did I mention I can dance? I must have a fenced in yard. Adoption fee: $200 (includes 6% State Sales Tax)      Our pets are fostered in volunteers' homes, not at a shelter facility. Dogs/puppies are already neutered/spayed, temperament tested, microchipped, current on all vaccines, tested for heartworms and Lyme disease, and treated for internal parasites and flea/tick preventative  prior to adoption.
